After watching thousands of Utube videos over the years - gotta say your brief video is just PERFECT! Thanks for not wasting my time but giving me 100& of the information needed for this job.
Awesome - thanks for the assistance with this. The local electrical automotive dude has taken 6 weeks and still hasn't sorted this - so I ended up ordering the replacement and will be doing the work myself!
Thank you, worked like a charm. But while the side was replaced testing the windows and locks. My driver's side would not lock. After 10 min I gave up. When I put the panel and screws all back I tested again. All windows worked, trunk and finally all doors work including the driver side . 🙏
Great video, very helpful, if you would allow me to add a helpful note, is to have the window rolled down when removing the panel, the squeegee friction is greatly reduced.
Thank you so much, this is really a good tutorial and it worked out like a dream. Only problem I had was my T30 didn't go into the top hole of the door handle - so my magic angle grinder quickly modified the T30 arm and whala all good, thanks once again #ecologicaltime.
This definitely helped me to see and understand the inner workings of my C320's door, so thanks for posting it. Quick question though: I live in an apartment building and my lease says nobody's allowed to do any kind of automotive work on their car in their parking spot. What I need to do is get rid of some rust on the doors and fenders and the way I wanna do that is to basically remove a door and bring it upstairs to my unit and work on it there. So I was wondering: Instead of disconnecting the wiring from the internals of say my front driver's door, is it possible to disconnect those same wires from wherever they connect to inside the actual vehicle itself? Like you know how when you open the front door and there's that rubber tubing that covers the wires that lead in from the vehicle to the door itself? Is it possible to disconnect those wires from wherever they're connected within the vehicle body itself as opposed to the door they run to? Thanks!
Changed the switch controller thinking that was it, but its not! The only window button that works in the car is the passenger front one. Any ideas why all the others don't work? Appreciate the help. Great vid by the way!
Is it possible to just replace individual switches rather than the entire controller? My controller works fine, but one of the switches (front right) is cracked so is very loose
I had this two... I removed the broken single switch, but the rocker mechanism that it sits on was broken, so ended up getting a full new unit as per this vid.

Great video man, also very nice that you show and explain the important parts. Thanks a lot :)
Just replaced my window switch and your instructions were perfect. Thank you.
Thank you so much. I'm always taking my car to someone to do something for me. This time, I'm doing this myself.
Great job - I was about to try to pry the switch out from the outside.... glad I watched this first! Cheers.

Thanks a Mill -- Straight forward and easily completed in a about 20 mins
Excellent. Exactly what I needed. No ten minute waffle about what is going to happen, just straight into detailed and helpful information. Thank you.

Hello, can you please tell me the name to what "block" is the window switch connected?
Do i have to disconnect the battery?
What about seat controls
