f2p but even if its hard yes you can get great players you have to be patient ... i was just like you but i got 105 desaiily and 104 di marco in 3000 gem pack be patient and just grind patiently for your shards and you surely get at least 2 great players (105-107) dont look for others vid or comments but just focus on what you want so it will not be frustrating
