- In this video I review Dell P2422H Professional IPS Monitor. This is Dell Professional 24 inch Full HD Monitor released in year 2022 which comes with Wall Mountable, Height Adjustable, IPS Panel with HDMI,VGA DP & USB Ports.
- You hace different ways to connect this monitor either using VGA, USB or HDMI.
- Resolution for this monitor is FHD 1080p, ratio is 16:9
- This is Energy save monitor consume 12 w with auto screen off feature available

After 1 month of of purchase replacement part will be refurbished as good as new factory tested but not new even you are in warranty. Nice review! Is this panel good for reading PDFs and other texts in vertical position? Is the image sharp?
Yes, it's color accuracy with brightness & contrast settings will help book reader to keep monitor on their preferences. You even will be able to plug additional monitors if you required.

Yes, refer this.
"P" is "Professional".
"U" line is a "UltraSharp"
"UP" means UltraSharp with PremierColor, with factory calibration and wider color gamut.
"S" and "E" are a low-end, gaming and consumer displays.
I have the same monitor and I tried connecting wireless keyboard and mouse to it instead of laptop but it’s not working for me.

Did you check with Macbook whether there is any blurry texts or not? Dell P2219H showed me blurry fonts when connected to Macbook M1 with a USB C to DP cable.
For MacBook you have to additionally require to installed driver and eventhough few complaints not get resolved so I suggest you to talk with Dell support team to confirm if it will work with M1 or not
For MacBook pro I suggest before you buy test once.

Hello there, I'm looking for a 24" monitor for working (office, cad design, etc.) to connect my 17.3" laptop. I was wondering myself what's the difference betwwen the P series and the S series monitor in terms of quality images. I mean it's just a difference about the number of ports under the monitor or also in terms of quality images of the IPS screen?. I'm asking because I don't need all those ports. I just need one HDMI and one display port. I would need a monitor for using 8-10 hours a day . Thanks.
Both has the same quality. S us for gamers which gives you fast response. P is for the professional who uses for their work. Ex as a developer I want to Tilt, swivel, pivot, and adjustment which I can get with P series.

To adjust the height, you have pull monitor push up and pull down. It has auto locking functionality. It will fit automatically when you release monitor.

This is just monitor. You have to attach with your computer to connect with wifi

Is this monitor compatible with macOS? I want to use it with my Mac mini.

With macOS, you may need to have driver installed however I seen that many macOS user are complaining about screen flickering issue. I would suggest reachout to dell support team before you buy.

How do you adjust the monitor height? Is there a button needed to push? Or lock mechanism? I can't adjust mine.
Do you have the p series monitor? You have to just push monitor upwards. Yes, it has auto locks, it will get automatically locked when you left it.

You should choose the monitor size based on the nature of work you are doing. If you are looking to work on multi screen you should go with 27 inch and bigger. If you are going to work only on single screen 24 inch is the best.
apart from your question related to the three models again I suggest choosing based on your need. I used Lenovo q24i where you will get a limited monitor swivel. hp m27f is another good monitor however you would require to provide additional support to its stand.

As a graphic designer you would required accurate color accuracy which you can get with dell u series monitor I also suggest you should go with minimum 27 inch monitor for your purpose.

@@MyProductMyReview yes, you are right. Today I bought Dell P2422H, and connected to my PC and found no blur, no backlit bleeding. Texts are sharp and cool to eyes. I had been using Gateway monitor, it died last week, so I decided to go with this P series monitor after a long research. I'm a software developer.
