And I am a native swedish guy.
I have never even heard of this.
For midsummer you need to collect 7 kinds of flowers to put under your pillow.
I have never managed the art of flower reefs to put on your head.
But a former girlfriend of mine was like a godess of flower reeds.
egarding the weather, it is traditiona to have rain on midsummer.
Maybe it depends on the area with the jam and cheese? My boyfriend is from the West Coast. I wish I could tell why it's a thing. lol.
I also heard about these traditions especially the one with the rain. Everyone kept making fun about it. :D
