Great selection Ross, a few of these (eg. Oranges and Lemons) I had in my pile when I first thought I was going to show 20! I know what you mean about The Original Soundtrack, it does have a more grandiose and slightly more (than 'Sheet Music') self-important air about it. I heard 'Invisible Touch' by Genesis first, and when I then heard 'Duke' I thought the production was quite restrained! I listened to 'A New World Record' this morning and decided I now think it's probably, overall, the best (and the best-sounding) ELO album and that OOTB suffers a bit in comparison by being a bit muddy and over-produced. I would probably agree about the Oasis album but I've never owned or heard it all the way through. I did buy 'Do You Know What I Mean' on CD-single when it first came out and even though I quite liked it I was never tempted to get the album.👍

What does your oasis album sound like. I have it on vinyl and it’s awful….
