      I am no real estate agent but okc is cheap . It has some crime down there and we got lots of homeless people in okc. Find the right house in the right neighborhood and you can avoid these.

      @@SolomonSage I think by saying the budget is 200K they're not referring to income but the house they can afford to buy is around 200K.

      @@SolomonSage OKC does have lower-priced homes, in general, and there you're right in saying there is some crime. I don't think there are lots of homeless people - ever been to L.A.?! But yes, we do have homeless just like everywhere. And you're right again! There are plenty of places with minimal crime and minimal homeless communities. ☺
