Big thanks for all the hard work Развлечения
Hi, Andy just want to say you are the most humble and genuine guy on RUclips and you really show the truth and struggles of mining. I really hope you strike awesome gold because you definitely deserve it bud. Can't wait to see the next episode. Take care, much respect to ya Andy.
Awesome ... You really show the struggle..the humbling process, the work it takes to get started out with new gear....One day it'll all be running Tight and the huge clean ups will be there.!!! Good Work Andy ..very inspirational.Look forward to seeing this set up in person ..
One of the most genuine you tubers, I am looking forward to this episode
I appreciate that so much man. Thank you.
Hey man, just wondering what up with ya, videos were getting good then they kinda stopped @ANDYTHRAXX
hopefully we get some more videos soon, was loving watching your videos!
Andy thank you for a great honest video on a mining operation. People don't realize the amount of work you do to recover the gold that you do.
All that hard work, Andy…….. you’re on good ground, you worked all winter in preparation, you have enormous respect for the environment, what a model of a modern miner you are! I so hope your dreams are realized. You deserve it as much as any man that ever swung a shovel. Best of luck to you my good man!
That is so true about Andy and many other miners (like Dan Hurd, Jason, Pauly) who make a concerted effort to maintain natural habitat before, during, and after mining. My hat is off to them all! I wish that everyone respected the environment! Warm hugs from Alabama ❤️
When will the next one drop? Waiting anxiously!
Man I love this series! Keep up the good work Andy & Mr. videographer. I can’t wait until you’re running YARDS that was scraped directly off bedrock. I still believe you’re gonna hit bonanza ground on that claim. And when you do hit that bonanza ground I wanna hear you holler EUREKA!! at the top of your lungs- and then do an old timey prospector’s jig.** slapping your hat across your knee while you hop around yelling YEEHEE!!! I’m rich! :)
I freakin love this!! Thank you so much
Yes sir I will keep up the videography and when we strike the big gold I will be sure if he doesn't yell to poke him really hard ensuring he yells regardless haha
Great episode, just brings home how much work goes into actually being able to produce gold on a timeline
Absolutely stoked for Andy’s comeback. Big big love and respect Andy, we know you’re up to big things! 🙌
I like watching Andy Thraxx while listening to ANTHRAX.
Great way to start my day.
Every video continues to build the anticipation of you finding the big nuggets. Keep it up, you’ll find them!
Just watched your whole series from beginning to end. I couldn't stop! Loved the progression. Was seriously having withdrawals when I came to the end. Wasn't even about the Amount of gold you got! Loved the process and the working through the issues and taking us along for the ride. Hope to see more, If not thanks Again! Going to make sure to share your channel with others. I am positive that they will enjoy it as much as I have. Best of wishes!
Best of luck boss. I am thoroughly enjoying watching you go through this whole process. I grew up in NS, in an old gold mining town and the idea of gold mining was something that stuck in the back of my head for years. Cheers.
dang, this guy teased us, then left with nothing... smh
He had been trying to sell his mine and himself to a TV company or something. Maybe he found a buyer. Or he got rich and gave up on RUclips.
Ah interesting. Any source or potential place where it might turn up eventually?
If so I'll be happy for him and will definitely watch. But I'll also be a little disappointed because I stuck through the hard preparation time to not get to see the reward for it...
@@tireballastserviceofflorid7771 prolly no gold
@@wellsjdan He actually got deep into according to some comments from Dan Hurd.
@@tireballastserviceofflorid7771 deep into what

Andy’s videos get the thumbs up before the video even starts. Always great no matter what he’s working on.
Way to go, Andy!!! Nice gold in that pan at the end. I'm so glad things are starting to become smoother. The changes you made to the wash plant are really going to help operations. Also, you have such incredible scenery with an abundance of peace and fresh air. If I wasn't disabled, I'd volunteer! Anyway, great video, and thank you so much for sharing! Can't wait to see the next posting! Warm hugs from Alabama ❤️
Thank you so much Susan for such kind words, I appreciate you taking the time to comment and being here for the journey❤️🍻😀

Great video Andy ~ ! love the thrill of you finding some shiny gold, and hope you finish out with 1,000,000 ounces this year ! ! ! !
You guys are doing great dude! The fact you are finding gold is more than some can say trying the same thing!!
I wish you the best of luck and best rewards on your hard work. keep the videos coming, very interesting and fun to watch. thumbs up!
So glad to be off work early. And now o can enjoy the show!!
Loving these vids. Great quality, great feel. Can't wait to see some serious cubic metres go through that thing at last!
You're right there Andy, you got this!
Awesome Video Andy, I did just that for many years of my life. The Torch was my main tool, I had a tip for Everthing. A clean tip makes a difference. Moving on laying out a pattern for a chute. What ever. Measure Precisely the outside edge. Then measure crossways. Take your measurements and start with the longest outside edge, for your first edge. Saves on cutting! Mark that edge , swing an arc on your next outside edge. Then to the other side of your, first edge marking. Swing an arc from that Mark outwards using that crossways measurement. Where the two arcs meet up is that corner. Repeat opposite side. There is you plate. It's triangles and precisel measurements. I used a laser that threw out a line, then marked all my corners. Then measured my triangles. Hope this helps.
Fantastic advice there’s some neat tricks out there, thanks for sharing🍻
Good solid work effort wins every time. You have a lot invested in that site...let's hope it rains gold. Keep up the good work Andy.
Great video. Glad to see it up and running.
Hi Andy. Sometimes the choke points in a wash plant can be solved by lining it with some thick UHMW plastic. Makes it slicker than whale snot on an iceberg and it has better impact resistance than steel.
Thanks Andy, been waiting for your next video 😊
great video Andy! you are well organized and its all ready to go :)
Wow really nice video. I am glad to see the trommel running and you are getting some gold. Now it time for a full day's run
Oh, man! We are so excited. Next time I get out to film with Andy we are going to go hard ALL DAY! And see if we can break some of his personal records. Really appreciate your support brother and can't wait to hit the big heavy pans.
Good video Andy. Keep at it. We’ll keep following along on your journey

Pretty cool bro!.. can't wait to see ya up and running!!
I primarily metal detect and its very interesting to watch just how much is involved in operating a mine set up like yours. Awesome work. Cheers Lee.

Great videos.. I’m ready to watch more of them! (Kinda watched them all today lol 😅)
you maybe need to add 2 jets on the sides of feeding surface to lubricate all the pay you put on it. you also might wanna avoid those big rocks on the feeding and grizzly bars just my toughts
Hey Andy just getting round to your video finally a chance to catch up with your progress I’ve been having family problems for the last few weeks finally they are sorted anyway it’s great to see you eventually getting some Gold for all your outstanding achievements in getting your equipment and mine site ready for an all out assault on the Gold rich ground Andy I genuinely appreciate your editing and production crew it’s film like quality so a big shout out to them and can’t wait for the next edition of the World famous Andy Thrax mining ⛏️ ❤from Glasgow Scotland 🏴

Lookin good up there! Can’t wait to see how you do by the end of season.
Great video man they just keep getting better and better
A livestream of you just unloading yards through the machines would be really cool. Just a few full hours of dirt and stone being washed through the system. Maybe a future stream idea? Great work today. Cheers. 👍
Noted and logged.
Great idea!! 😀🍻
This is so nice, you are a great Person and the videoquality got also very good!

Haven't seen any videos for a while. Nice to see that your still at it.
Hey Andy, I haven’t seen much on you lately is everything OK? I hope you’re not being affected by those forest fires.
Where did Andy go?
I saw you on mbmmllc's latest vid a few days ago and decided to come see what you are doing. I really like your videos as you are an upbeat fun guy to watch and full of passion about your job, that and the content material is interesting :). I look forward to more videos hopefully soon.
Gold!
Coming along nicely Andy, ^5!
Love this series and love these videos,. The way you talk about the whole process is super interesting.
It looks like hard work but also a lot of fun.
It is a journey for sure and the lesson just never seems to end. There is so much more than I ever thought that goes into Mining just from the perspective of filming.
@@captureyouradventures I watch a few others like Dan, klesh, there's also an aussie I watch but I can't remember his channel name. This is the first time I've seen someone build a machine from scratch and explain the whole process in a fun way.
@@beckscald3855 Well fuck yeah man that's great I am up all night editing and trying to find fun ways to make things enjoyable but still tell the story of the day and sometime there is just a lot of things going wrong and some people don't care about the process they just want to see the gold so it's hard to find the balance between the two and we talked about it Andy and I and he gave me the creative freedom to explore the balance and so I read every single comment and really keep my ear to the ground and so it's a blessing to hear that you are really enjoying it and I am finding more ways daily to keep people happy and make it all work. So again thank you so much. I really appreciate you so much telling me how you feel and sharing with us because it lets me know we are on the right track and if you ever want to see more of something or have ideas share them. I read every single comment and do my best to find balance while getting everyone's ideas accounted for. Much love brother glad to have you around.
I am literally up editing right now. Listening to music jamming out making shorts for the channel. We are going to start making more shorts now. Hope to see you around!
@@captureyouradventures hang on so you edit for Andy?! I had no idea. Honestly I absolutely love learning about the process and this is as close as I can get to being there in person. You do a great job as well as Andy explaining the process.
I'll 100% be around for future videos and projects. I really do enjoy watching, I could probably watch a live stream hahaha.
Honestly, you're both doing awesome work and I'm so pumped to see what the future brings for the channel and yourself.
(I'm currently travelling to work).
@@beckscald3855 Much love and excited to engage more! Love the 8bit design of the back to the future car on your banner
nice thank you for sharing the adventure and information 😀
Rooting for you! Nice edit job on the video!
Great job Andy keeping it real and no drama
The real thing. From start to finish. Some people don't get that but it's great to see the OG's out there that really understand the process and can appreciate the effort and what goes into running a Mine Solo. We really appreciate you so much for being here and sharing this journey. I am producing the Episodes so if you are unhappy with anything or would like more focus on something that you personally would love to see, just let me know here and I will do my best to make that happen.
Excellent camera work and video editing! 👍
Great video as always! Love the process of getting things dialed in once you start running and see all the bottlenecks. When I first started building stuff and made my first design mistake, I would think "dang, how did I not see that?" but after doing it for a while I've realized that it's always going to be an interactive process. There are no mistakes, just learnings. Looks like at this point if you can run 15 yards, you can run 150!
For the Grizzly, I would be sure to drill two holes in the bottom corners of that hollow triangle you have now formed. One day a pin hole may develop up top and fill that space with water. For the grizzly plugging up, I wonder if with how strong those bars are, if you are dropping the boulders into the flat plate above and the big rocks are only then sliding down the bars, you might be able to just cut out the intermediate supports and/or leave the bottom un-welded. Like perhaps just cutting the bars loose at the bottom they would be about 1/4" hovering above the bottom cross supports. That would limit their flex to the 1/4" gap, but allow them to spring around a bit. If that's not enough, or it's getting to bent up with only the top welded in place, might be worth flaring them out so they fan out as they go.
Best of luck, and maybe see you in July!
I think you make great suggestions on the grizzly bars , lol and good call about making sure that hollow area has a drain 🍻😀
Great times Andy! You are so much like me. I wanted to get into the mining but when I was young enough I had 4 kids to feed. I also had a Drywall Business. I will be watching all your videos. I look forward to see you get the big trikes. Good luck Andy.
youre awesome man. great video looking forward to the next one
Hello Andy, the editing and the audio along with the mix of camera angles and drone shots is excellent .
Assuming the long gap inbetween videos is due to being so busy digging up gold! Keen for the next one!! :)
Amazing as always, dont let the little clean ups get yiu down.
Wow I’m really impressed. The way you did this video. The fix and all the teaching and then showing some dirt being ran. Amazing video. I apologize for being a real jerk before. Congratulations! Such a cool video. Probably best one yet!
Hey Jerry thank you so much and sorry for the older videos we're trying really hard to increase the quality as much as we can tell better stories some days we're some gold but some days were just running into non-stop issues. And whether it's a good day or a bad day we appreciate you being here❤ and supporting 🙏
Gosh this is so lovely to read Jerry, thank you truly for hanging in there, so glad your enjoying the videos, we are committed to trying to make them better every time.🍻

Great Job Andy!
Awesome video brother love the setup on the mine and that home clean up is fire!
You were born for this Andy! Love ya brotha
Awe man, right back at ya😀🍻

I'm saying some prayers for you Andy. Keep up the good work!
Dude! I'm always saying "tight like a tiger" and people look at me like I'm crazy. I'm glad someone else throws that joke out too 👊
I think you're making great progress!! nice to see something local from the island!
Thanks brother!! 🍻
Gosh I wish you posted more videos of the new mine. You put out the best videos by far out of all these miners out there. I mean absolute not even close. I just wanna see that new mine produce the mother load for ya so you can hire me to come work and I can gain some of your motivation and thought process.
Great stuff! I would increase the angle of the whole hopper myself just for uniformity and simplicity sake. Keep up the good fight!
Best idea! Good call
@ANDYTHRAXX MINING For sure man. Thanks for asking in the video
When will you release more long video of the mine? Was enjoying the journey then it stopped or have the fires caused this
very nice Andy...props.
Love your content Andy just keep going mate it will get better mate awesome
The suspense is real
When are you releasing the next video? Can’t leave us hanging!!
Such a good video. Had to watch it twice to take in all the editing. Great job!
OH stop it! If you want to see real Editing and masterpieces I know this dope and upcoming channel He can paint a whole trommel by just simply pouring the paint on it from over 15 feet away!... I think it was called the mining channel... Yeah, that's right! And the guy is insanely handsome as well... Totally not fair to the rest of us mortals!
@Capture Your Adventures I'll take the handsome part hahha. Seriously that video was killer, the rotoscoping transition was sweet. Love your guys stuff so much and look forward to every video.
@@TheMiningChannel Well we deeply appreciate you brother and we are always working hard to find new and better ways to increase our workflow get more done practice new techniques and really reel in the story of the moments. It was all a lie! A gloriously and well-executed effect that has us coming back again and again to see what's next!
@Capture Your Adventures Thanks guys. Much appreciated coming from someone of your quality and talent.
Hahah that’s so Awesoem, I watch your vids a couple times over too😝🍻
4:00 REDUCE CORNERS!!!
A uniform full length, half drop angle slide will cause you less backlogging and jamming than half length, full drop slide.
A transition point on a sharp corner is where more stuff stops moving.

I will you 515 ounces this season! I love your videos. I'm watching your channel since WAY back when you were digging that hole in the middle of nowhere with Pauly and Dan and some other dudes. Wish you all the best man
That’s a perfect amount. Thank you so much for taking the time to write, and so stoked your along for the journey.
that pick is hand made. on the end with the point up at the union of the handle pocket and root of the pick, there are a few little steps where the blacksmith necked the material down and left those toolmarks. The modern method is to drop forge where they are progressively stamped, which does not leave marks like that. they are present on one face but not the opposite side, and single sided defects like that are indicative of hand crafting
That is so cool thank you so much for sharing this😀🍻
absolutely amazing and inspirational Andy !
Love your vids too boys!! Thanks so much😀🍻

Always brother . Got hired for a consultant job on this mine for a bit . Then its time to find ground I can work that I can permit
Way cool Brother thanks alot for sharing your hard work with us from Alaska
Door skin is a good idea for templates. I install tile and make templates all the time. I usually use drywall shims but have used other stuff in the past. Rip a few of those down and they’d be great!
You can see on the old pick head the main body of the head is either wrought iron or mild steel but the points are hard steel inserts lap welded into splits on the ends.
Oh wow, excellent observation 😀🍻
Always looking forward to Your video's Andy!! God Bless ✌😎
Beautiful!
