Now that I think about it, I feel like most 9s end up being trendsetters. I've never been one to be interested in the latest fashion, in fact, I despise it greatly. I combine my own style and sources of inspiration from different places and then I just later notice so many people doing the same thing after.
I'm a 9, and I would say most of your description fits me except the part about following trends. I love fashion, but more from a creative perspective and as a form of personal expression, so I would say I'd rather set trends than follow them.
Yes, I prefer to maintain harmony, and I'm very conflict-avoidant in real life, but I don't use my appearance as a way to avoid conflict. I'm often the person to wear something first or wear something differently that others will begin to mimic/copy later.
Being a chameleon, in terms of appearance, for me is more about expressing all the different sides to my personality. Thank you for the great insight though. And yes, I do work at a non-profit. LOL!

I...never knew....that I projected that. The funny part is that I do not try to keep up with anyone or anything....but people do attempt to keep up with me. Yikes. I have not considered myself conformist but more of a trend setter. O well. Thank you. 😁

Tatoos yeah, I look younger than I am, but not material , I have one pair of Nike thats only cos they have a zip at the back..colourful, I like wearing my cat ears , identity as a person is more important then labels, trends , half the time I walk out with clothes backwards or inside out.

I feel like the description of the number 9 blends so well with my astrology placements. I’m a 9, with libra Mars (don’t like rocking the boat) and a Gemini rising (chameleon), with a Leo sun, mercury, and Venus (looking good is important to me but in a very very simple way), north node in libra in the 5H (needing to create).

This year is 2+0+2+1=5 so were in the 5 year, Freedom & Discipline, that's why there are strange goings on in the world.
Life path 9, expression 11, soul urge 3, birthday number 3, Aquarius. I agree with being chameleon like. My personal year is 7 and I’ve recently gotten rid of so many things and stopped caring about trends. Though when I do certain things they usually end up being super trendy? I have colored hair and a bunch of tattoos haha. And I love community and non profit!! I feel like life path 9s are similar to Pisces? I do respect other people’s views but when someone doesn’t respect mine I get upset. Thank you so much!

Wow! So I had to do some research and I resonate with all of the examples of a crystal soul / crystal aura. I often describe myself as a channel. And as an empath I can feel other people’s energy as if it is my own, to the extent that most empath cannot relate. I’m a 9 birthday & soul urge. I do not resonate at all with the trend following either. I tend to always be putting things together that I like and that fits my style. I never think about trends, I’ve always wanted to dress however I feel comfortable. Maybe that’s my 3 expression number?

You might not consider yourself a trendsetter but I bet you’ve probably worked a job before and made a slight adjustment to your uniform, or school uniform. You even admitted it saying your a tomboy and thats trendsetting. Being YOU and people noticing and following that
It’s not true I involved 😹but I dress to express myself but it’s true I don’t wanna rock the boat with anyone bc of my clothes. Or trigger negative emotions in anyone. Finally it makes i didn’t know why I was so involved with others, I could never describe it 😹 like people, trends and stuff it legit made me feel so alive like I was home, guess i was reliving my past life’s. It made me so compassionate cuz like “I’ve been there I get why” type of thing 😹that’s why I’m not really argumentative I just don’t feel a need to. I also noticed I would get attracted or magnetized to people who tell stories from their life like even simple ones make me feel so home.
When I listen to music or other people I feel like I’m living in other person head like ITS ME LIVING THEIR LIFE and it’s so cool. I would get really involved with music. But I also had this thing where I’ve been there I get the person I don’t wanna relive it 💀
So I’m supposed to be a #9 but majority of the things i have read or watched about the number 9 i am non of these things and I have never been😒... am i missing something?
Your life path is not the only number that is important within your birthday. Check out content on your birthday number month number and what year year adds up to. Sometimes some numbers are more dominant than others.

The person asked me a question and I responded the best way I could, I’m sorry I didn’t tell her what you would’ve told her or what you think I should tell her. This is my interpretation of the number nine it doesn’t represent everything spiritual. If you don’t resonate that is totally normal, don’t allow this to discourage you from spirituality, spirituality is a personal journey and experience.
