Yeah my display (9r) has changed even in 2024 . Just wait if display would not available, and regularly visit the centre for like ( 15 or after 30 days) , you definitely get brand new display for free ❤️
Hello I'm from Kolkata....i bought the moto g52 on May 2022
After 6 months there are 2 line appear in my screen. Green and pink....I went to the Motorola authorise service centre saltlake they told me...I have to change the screen and it will cost around 10k....
The reason they r describing that my phone has undergo some liquid....so it is a liquid Damage.... that's why it isn't in the warranty period....
So i went to another authorise moto service center at dharmatala .... And they told me that display is needed to change cost around 10k....but the reason was. There are no specific warranty with green/pink line display issue so they will charge that....and also I'm pretty suprised to see that they told me there are no liquid damage has found in the phone.
It has been total 18monrhs.....and currently my phone is fine working....but there are 28 lines right now in my moto g52....i couldn't do any task with this piece of shit....
So I'm requesting pls motorola .....pls......fix this *line* issue asap....otherwise u will break like Micromax
mere x60 me bhi sme problem aayi after 3 years or mai Vivo service center gaya dikhane or unhone free me display change kar diya with zero charges(my phone has no scratches on it) and i just love vivo's service ❤️
Vivo service center offered me vivo v29 pro in exchange of my x60 pro model bought in 2021 (warranty expired).. with Free of cost.😊 I am satisfied.

अचानक से ग्रीन वर्टिकल लाईन आ गई थी, मैं vivo service centre पर गया, हलाकी मेरा फोन 3 साल पुराना था, फिर भी सर्विस सेंटर वालो ने फ्री में सिर्फ आधे घंटे में नई डिस्प्ले डाल कर दे दिया।
वैसे जब मुझे अपडेट के दो दिन ग्रीन लाइन बग आया तब मैं सर्विस सेंटर पर गया, उन्होंने कहा की अभी हमारे पास डिस्प्ले का स्टॉक नहीं है, मेरा नंबर लिया और कहा की जब आएगी डिस्प्ले तो आपको हम कॉल करेंगे। उन्होंने मुझे vivo V29 का फ़ोन डिस्काउंट रेट में ऑफर किया पर मेने साफ मना कर दिया और कहा की मैं डिस्प्ले का wait करूंगा मुझे मेरा X 60 सब से बेस्ट हैं।
करीब 20 से 25 दिन बाद कॉल आया की सर आपकी डिस्प्ले आ गई hia, मैं तुरंत सर्विस सेंटर पर चला गया, उन्होंने 20 min में डिस्प्ले नई डाल कर दी और इतना ही नहीं वीवो का स्क्रीन गार्ड, बेक कवर और वीवो के ईयर फ़ोन फ्री में गिफ्ट किए । रीजन बताया की सर हमारी वजह से आपको इतना wait करना पड़ा इसलिए हमारी ओर से आपको ये निशुल्क भेट है।
ये मेरा शानदार अनुभव रहा।।
