Psa gives out 10x more 10s than Cgc. CGC IS 10x more strict thus.

That’s a good thing, I’d rather have my cards graded properly, than PSA handing out 10’s like it’s candy

It amazes me that people will pay double for the same condition card because its in a PSA slab lol. thats so f@cking stupid. thats why i only buy CGC graded cards. cgc does grade better than psa, their gem mint 10s almost always cross over to psa 10s, so why on earth are people paying way more for the same cards ? ive made so much money crossing cgc 10s to psa 10s because people eat them up.

Dagreenshiz still has some collector gene inside of him. You only prioritize money so it makes sense why both of you have different viewpoints.
@monotonecards7078 I disagree with that. I still love to collect too. But yes I also am concerned about the financial aspect of my collection so I when I collect a card I want it to have the best possible chance of conserving and gaining value over time. But ya I get it. No hate for just loving to collect CGC if that's your thing.

Can you make a video talking about what you're holding onto long-term for Pokemon (i.e. single graded cards)? What do you think about the rainbow rares and their discontinuation? Personally, I've looked at the entire list of rainbow, full-art rares, and they are disgusting! Will definitely be picking up PSA 10's in some of the rainbow rares to hold onto long term.

So cgc for a non-massive seller.. feels better.. but not sure how slow they sell…
They are about 11$ a card for a 25$ a year subscription.. with at least 1-2 month faster turn around.
PSA is 99$ a year plus 15$ a card with a 3 month long turnaround process.
The more cards you send the more the gap becomes noticeable in fees..
However.. is PSA giving better grades that nets you more than the 5+$ per card that actually moves fast? Probably.. but how much more and how much faster.
I’m torn.. trying to collect my first 25 cards for submission and torn which way to go regarding cost, fees, loss, and what can sell
If your grading will full intentions of sale id say PSA all day!
You have to remember that cgc has made it easier to get higher grades than when it first started grading how i go about buying cgc slabs is that if it still has the oc number in the label then there is a higher chance that it would be one of the graded slabs that where held more towards a bgs standard when grading if you don't believe me when it comes to this you can look at some of Pokémon stevens old cgc returns where he was getting 3 to 5 pristine / perfect 10s from cgc when he was sending in hundreds of japanese modern.
Have been grading with CGC since their first month of existence. 1000x easier than then. Yeah i followed a guy named Flash on YT. he subbed 2000 ultra modern japanese before he got his first 10 lol RIPPP

People act like grading is an iireversible process. Blows my mind how cheap some of the pristine 10s go to psa 10s that look the same as PSA 9s. Some day might change, but maybe not 🤷♂️ . Theyve all got opportunities though. Sending to all 3 here.

Can't take CGC serious now knowing most 10s were 9.5s before the redesign. Now cgc 10s are the easiest to get.
The same 9.5's people cracked to get PSA 10's tho
@dagreenshiz those were mainly only the early Certs when CGC was grading super hard. Ppl made vids on it too. They said CGC is grading these cards super hard and most, not all but 9s and 9.5s would cross to a PSA 10. That's how it makes sense for the ppl saying "Make it make sense"
