Thank you for your detailed explanation of how to use GA4! A question..I often go to my website (for example: to send a page link to a client), is there a way to exclude my visits from the reports?

You can go to your Admin > Data Streams > X Data Stream > Configure tag settings > Show all > Define Internal Traffic, and then you enter your IP addresses. Then, go to Admin > Data Filters > Internal Traffic and set it to Active. Done. You have excluded your internal traffic based on IP addresses.
