    Another way to fill the hole is with superglue and baking soda. I have done that several times and it works great.

      @@sterndrives3290 One caviat. I wrote this as I was watching your video. I have used JB weld too and it worked great, but I did it differently and I laughed at myself about it. In both cases of using JB weld and superglue with baking soda, I filled in the hole, let it harden, THEN drilled the hole and screwed in the snap. You just blobbed it around the screw and stuck it in the hole. That's where I laughed at myself for not thinking of that! And PS, that is much harder to do with superglue.

      Yea so it has held up so far but its not as tight as I would like. If you use it don't use too much putty.
