Rechbergrennen 2019 Anders Jensen SAAB 96 Sport

First time at the Rechbergrennen and I immediately liked the track. Due to lack of time the historic cars got only one training session. Bad luck for me as I felt I needed some more time on the road. In the last run I lost one spark plug, as you can hear towards the end of the film.

Saab two-strokes---great cars, great sounding motors. Years ago, I remember my dad owned a 1965 example. The most fun car we ever had. We rung 87 mph from its little 841cc smoky motor. They just oooze character these cars. If they made them today I would buy one. Forget your fancy Fords and boring Golfs. Fantastic fun.
