Solidarity Confinement for extended periods is cruel and inhumane. Go and lock yourself in your bathroom for 6 years and you will see how cool that shit is. Most people won’t last a couple days. I was in court once and this young dude ,23-25 years old,was getting sentenced and it was pretty obvious that his public defender told him something completely different about the sentence he was going to get because when the judge said 12 years all the color from his face drained and he was about to pass out. He tells the judge “12 years? I can’t do 12 years sir”. Th judge says “Do as many as you can son” and hits his gavel “Next case”. The dude could barely walk out of the courtroom after that. When the judge said that a couple people kinda laughed but I looked at it like well bro, you have no other choice but to do the time. I wonder if the dude filed a ineffective counsel complaint because his public defender obviously told him that he was going to get way less time than that. In the US if you don’t have the money to hire a good lawyer then you’re screwed with the public defender. Especially in the state. In the Feds there are some amazing public defenders and I mean amazing ones. A friend of mine had a fed case and he was going to hire one of the best attorneys in Arizona at that time Allen Simpson. But when he went in to hire Allen ,Allen asked him what public defender he was assigned to. I forgot the lady’s name,this was 20 years ago, but Allen being a amazing and honest lawyer told him “look I can represent you for $50K,but the attorney you have is a amazing attorney so I recommend that you save your money and keep her because she’s going to get you the same deal as I would “. That’s a amazing attorney and not some schmuck you is going to take your money and do nothing for you.

I admired Sammy when I was a 17yr old kid in the 80's. I lived in Indiana but we always heard stories about him. God was sick of humans because everytime he gave us another chance or saved us we would eventually become wicked like society is today here in America getting worse and more perverted everyday. He's found a way to justify all of his decisions and actions to himself, probably as a coping mechanism.... if you can justify to yourself why you done the wrong, it is a lot easier to live with yourself. He's done so many wrongs he's probably really good at finding justifications along the way... No matter what, God will be the final judge.... You might get away with things lightly here but you'll pay for your actions in this life or the next.... God won't buy his personal justifications, he'll be held fully accountable. I hope he repents his sins sincerely and truly means it before his time here is over. You'll not get a cooperation deal here on a murder charge.... the only person I've known to cooperate got his 35 year rec reduced to 33 years and he'll serve the whole 33 before even being considered for parole.... he'll not get parole for another few years afterwards ... you get a 30 rec here... that's minimum to qualify for a parole hearing.... but you're likely to serve an extra 5 or more before you get out.... USA justice system is crazy.... people serve decades for crimes you'd get a few years for here and get out on murder charges for cooperation when you'd never get a reduced sentence for murder here... you're getting massive jail snd you're doing the whole lot and more... a murder here, your life is over... you'll be so old on release you'll be entering a different planet.... if you make it that far eating the shit they feed you...

sammys interviews and talks are always entertaining.....but for a man who killed 19 people and put over 40 of his friends in jail, he never ever seems to come out as the bad guy when he talks. Coincidence?....i think not

He's found a way to justify all of his decisions and actions to himself, probably as a coping mechanism.... if you can justify to yourself why you done the wrong, it is a lot easier to live with yourself.
He's done so many wrongs he's probably really good at finding justifications along the way...
No matter what, God will be the final judge.... You might get away with things lightly here but you'll pay for your actions in this life or the next.... God won't buy his personal justifications, he'll be held fully accountable. I hope he repents his sins sincerely and truly means it before his time here is over.
I wouldn't wanna be turning up at heavens gates with his list of sins.... very few people have a worse list than his tbh...
It's gonna take a lot of explaining, a lot of remorse and a lot of forgiveness before St Peter opens up to let him in... not to mention the 19 people he sent there early...
Killing more than one person in the UK and you're never getting out, Killing one and you're doing 18 to 35 years mandatory.... the last hit man in the UK got a whole life sentence for 2 gangland murders... 19 is unthinkable over here and to be out..
You'll not get a cooperation deal here on a murder charge.... the only person I've known to cooperate got his 35 year rec reduced to 33 years and he'll serve the whole 33 before even being considered for parole.... he'll not get parole for another few years afterwards ... you get a 30 rec here... that's minimum to qualify for a parole hearing.... but you're likely to serve an extra 5 or more before you get out.... USA justice system is crazy.... people serve decades for crimes you'd get a few years for here and get out on murder charges for cooperation when you'd never get a reduced sentence for murder here... you're getting massive jail snd you're doing the whole lot and more... a murder here, your life is over... you'll be so old on release you'll be entering a different planet.... if you make it that far eating the shit they feed you...

I think Sammy was gangster who got put in a real bad position had had a choice to make , he wasn’t the one caught on the tapes and if what he is saying is true John wanted him to take the rap. I believe he was loyal to John to that point , if what he is saying is true I understand why he did what he did , again if what he’s saying is true ,

Sammy even if I wasn’t Sicilian, I can’t get enough of listening to you. I’m just an old lady of 71. I believe with all my heart you are one of the good ones. I have such respect for you in the way you are being honest . I just wanted to also mention how much I liked Karen in Mob Wives, & how she talked about you. She was my favorite character in that show including Big Ang. You can tell under sometimes at being assertive, she has a good heart & much love for her family.

We are offending an eternal and sinless person God who is our judge. Therefore God has to have a way to forgive the sinner whom He loves and at the same to be a just judge.
