14:25 Wall bug, I think that's happening because positions are messed up it's either an object or a player base model position issue, where it thinks you are behind an object and you are not supposed to see what's behind it so it doesn't render the background.
Simply explained as an example: Maybe it thinks you are behind a wall and you are not supposed to see behind it so it hides that.
