Went from a Hand me down 2013 Kia optima to my first purchased car which is a 2014 Mustang v6. Got it for $12,995 beautiful car has 76k miles seahawk green color fully custom, window shudders on the back, window tints, black decal on the hood, was owned by a father and son from the same family before I bought. The condition of the vehicle is like new from the interior to under the hood. I got super lucky

Best car to buy is versa in manual . I got 19k out the door . You could get cheaper . It has everything Honda sport which is 10k more , only thing missing is keyless start and auto break hold . Interior of versa is better
Correction since most people apparently don’t know this and insist on calling the 86 a BRZ, mistaking the BRZ for the real one of the two just cuz it’s more expensive. The 86 has been around for a long time and is one of the most popular cars there is in Japan, when you talk about icons, it’s up there with the Skyline and Silvia’s. What you called the “BRZ” is actually Subaru’s rebadged version of the GT86, the predecessor of the GR86. But the 86 started with the AE86 (a car only obtainable in Japan) in order to bring the car back (the GT86) Toyota had help from Subaru, which is why there’s a boxer engine in the car, however Subaru wanted more out of the deal. Toyota can sell it as the 86, while subaru took the body of the car and wanted to sell the 86 as their own car just with a different name and badge, along with more bells and whistles. That’s how the BRZ came around. Since the original 86 was a car only available in Japan, most of America never heard of it. So when they brought it back most people wrongly assumed the 86 is the cheap knock off of the BRZ, when in fact it’s the other way around. The AE86 at first wasn’t that popular when it released in Japan, then the anime “Initial D” came out. After that the car’s value skyrocketed and it became a very rare car and immediately sold out. America saw this car was a hit in Japan but they didn’t know why, so they made their own version except it was a cheap, garbage imitation of the real thing. It lacked the Trueno badge, twin apex cams, everything that made the original special. It even had an uglier appearance as opposed to the original. Years go by and they finally decided to bring back the 86, in both Japan and America. Only this time they needed help from Subaru to fund the creation of the car. Similar to Toyota needing BMW’s help with the MK5 Supra. Both the GT86 and GR86 were partially designed by Keiichi Tsuchiya. The man who invented drifting, who the initial D anime was heavily inspired off of and was even there to help create the anime. And his car is…you guessed it. The original AE86 Trueno. If I told you he beat a Skyline R34 GTR in an AE86 most would think, there’s no way that’s possible. Tsuchiya dusted many other cars much faster than his 86 due to being such a skilled and fast driver. And is living proof that it doesn’t matter how fast or expensive your car is, what matters is the driver. The GR86 was more so designed from the original, seeing the fact it has a limited edition called the “Trueno” edition, even a factory color called Trueno blue (shoulda been white, not sure why they associated the color blue with Trueno) and the interior was designed after the original AE86. But yea, class dismissed.
My parents bought me a Ford Figo for my first car so i could learn to drive properly. Taught me how to drive manual well and how to drive a slow car fast. Best thing they ever did for me. I would say to all new drivers to get a similar car so you dont fuck up. note: Rx8 and a BMW 1 series are also good options IMO

You mean TLX? 2021 on have the best motors by far, a 2021 tlx is basically a Type R minus some basic track and racing shit thats easy to swap. Problem you’re going to run into is parts are expensive and not of the highest quality. Acura’s in general are of a lower quality after about 2005 since most of them ended up produced in America. You’re better off with a cash car if you’re getting an Acura, Intregras and RSX are perfect beginner cars.
I wish this was released in 2019… I didn’t know I would turn into a car enthusiast before I got my 1st car (2019 Honda accord 1.5t CVT) …. Now I’m $5000 mods in and I wished I had the Acura TLX x.x

He reported on two vehicles, BR Z, and the AE 86 of which are on the same platform and have the same power plant and then later on in the video makes a comment about the WR ex STI’s boxer motor, all in all the video was great a little bit further information needs to be investigated before coming to a better conclusion. Good video keep up the work deal little bit, more investigation or studying.

Yooo, okay veteran 86 owner here PLEASE don’t buy a new one. Insurance isn’t that bad on the little guys but dealerships and banks will buttfuck you on financing. Two things you need to get IMMEDIATELY if you want it to actually be exciting to drive is a set of uneven headers and a catback exhaust. Finish that off with a tune, and although its pretty basic you’re going to feel a much better response and push up to 15 more hp out of the little motor on a good day. God speed and be careful, it’s easy to get over confident in that car.
The implied separation of the old gen BRZ and new gen GR86 is kinda dishonest. There are two generations of both; and the subies and toyotas of each respective gen are nearly identical. To the point that a driver new to the cars might not be able to tell the difference between the two
