Hi scoob! I'm looking to get into piloting and youve been doing it for a while. Any tips on choosing a flight school for a private pilot's license and potentially a commercial in the future? Thanks!
Objectively, it's getting harder to tell the difference... But in this case I'm going with "real" because it comes from a source I've trusted for the past 15 years!!
I'd say it's real since there aren't any distortions in the video, unlike AI does right now. Maybe in the future it will be as accurate, but for this video it is definitely real.
The general purpose AI would definitely not be realistic but my guess is that it would be very, very easy to design a special purpose AI that takes google earth images and makes uncanny good low level passes. In fact, I am willing to be that microsoft flight simulator is working on that feature right now.
I'd recognize those dots anywhere. Also today's AI would have a lot of trouble with the details and not messing up with distant landscapes getting closer.
Its Scooby on his flying scooter :---), 745mph nice. I recommend to put some annotations like what you flying over, historical landmarks (popup msg), how about the Meteor Crater ?
your caption in the video says 745 mph I have basically no experience with planes, but I didn't know prop planes could go that fast I searched how fast a cessna can go, and it says one model can go up to 717 mph, didn't know that
@@scooby1961 maybe your whole channel is ai all these years maybe Peter Zane is an ai generated name and not a German way for saying goodbye (I didn't know that before your videos) maybe ai has been playing the long game with joining youtube 20 years ago making fitness related content and maybe ai decided bike riding and dotty were good ways to connect with humans maybe ai thought the story of becoming an engineering and buying a property that eventually became a rental property was a good alibi as a computer pretending to be a human maybe your pea soup recipe video was created by ai the world may never know... some things are meant to remain mysteries
745? No, but it does seem a bit sped up and of course, there is the proximity, the lower and closer you are to the ground and other objects, the faster it feels. At any rate, absolutely stunning scenery and proof that - to fly is the single greatest thing in the world. Cheers
@@scooby1961 Same in Bulgarian. I think it has to do with the fact that although AI implementations are mostly a recent phenomenon, the term itself dates back to the pre-globalisation era where technical terms were found in specialised literature by geeks for geeks, translated by geeks.
If the speed is 745mp/hr which works out to around 1,200 km/hr then I would suspect it is ai. My very limited knowledge of faa rules do not allow a homebuild plane to travel that quickly and think of the amount of fuel needed to go that quickly. I could be wrong though. It would not surprise me if Google uses airplanes with cameras now as Google does with cars, bikes, walking, camels etc already.

2 17..... I mean, this isn't AI because you put videos out like this all the time. AI is good making a big picture, but tends to eff up the minutia and tends to repeat patterns. I always look for repeating patterns in AI video or photo.
Google earth has all the high resolution footage. Did AI use that imagry to put this sequence together or is it real?
@@scooby1961 ....... I'm still thinking it's real because parts of Dotty are visible in all the clips.
The flying footage is real but that muscular man is certainly an AI hunk bot
Lol!
Looks like real footage that was sped up.
Too smooth to be real?
That’s a Timelapse

I have been known to be a big troll though like in my “confessions of a synthol victim” :)
Also!! There's a car at 5:43-5:45?? Who drove there!! Being there in person would be so awesome!
Looks real but just sped up until 3:35 then I'm questioning it because the ground looks so beautiful. Looks like an imaginary alien world.
Hard to tell these days

Also, Dotty does not have 6 fingers. That would be the true signature of AI.

Magic carpet ride!
I say both! Real footage sped up with AI to look smooth?!
All the best for 2025 Scoob!
:)
What do you think about that skorea plane crash?
1) Tragic. 2) I will be interested to hear if the pilots followed procedures or not as a go-around after a bird strike seems to be a bad idea.
Life is not a multiple choice test scooby!
Lol! My best video ever
careful scooby... that looks like Airwolf country.
airwolf??? not familiar

As far as I know, the average 2 person plane doesn't go 745 mph! Unless you're packing some hidden turbines hahah
I am an engineer!
Got to be real. I didn't see anyone with three hands once.
Lol!!!
I'm guessing it was sped up 5x. 130 kts x 5 = 650 kts = 748 mph
745 mph in a propeller powered plane 😂

Very interesting by the way. German often uses english for technical terms but clearly no in the case of künstliche intelligenz

Why 82kts?

Wait.... I just read your video title. 745 mph? On a single prop? Was this whole video AI?
THAT is the question! :)
4 38...... Also, the sun glare on the camera and on the ground. I feel like AI doesn't get that right, either.
Yes, sun glare is tough to get right. CGI can do it convincingly
