This learned advocate, sir humbly, just asking u, when you are objecting , LOP dharna in the place where, rulling party has been allowed, whats the difficulty. May i urge u to give them permission for dharna in the same place, with time frame, and also, kindly ascertain that, the permissions ur granting to rulling party, to stage agetation or dharna, same level playing ground, shall be given to opposition also.

All rules n points mentioned r not applicable for ruling party. Then why suddenly 144 hs become so important.
Advocate of BJP nicely pursued the case before our revered justice Honorable Amrita Sinha to issue the order to AG of State to enquire that what action is taken by state against those violated section 144 earlier by staging dharna for several days before Rajbhavan gate where section 144 applicable. .
During submission before the Hon'ble justice Sinha, repeation of 'my Lord' in every sentence by the learned advocate looks boring and tedious. The force and spirit of arguments gets diluted in such a fashion.
Madam we simple common people, why wasted your valuable time?? Give punishment the officers who given permission, please don't waste valuable time.
