smol kit it's very rare that you'll get any type of bugs from thrift stores. I live in Ohio and Ohio is dirty tbh??? And I've never had a problem with bugs coming from clothes at thrift stores. And you'll find cool things anywhere just look for a pattern you like and not at every piece of clothing.
you should wash the clothes from thrist stores before you wear them, if im unsure about an item i wash it twice haha but sometimes thrift stores already wash the clothes before selling. The clothes just might have the previous owners smrll on the item (( not sure if that makes sense ! :))
you can't just wash them like normal clothes. make sure to properly disinfect them, look it up. sorry I'm not entirely sure how, but yeah, don't want you getting infections
when i was little my gramma told me i should always button my shirts from the bottom up so my life also goes just up ... it has really stuck with me and every time i have to button a shirt now i always think of that and do it her way

Wash the clothes with baking soda and detergent in your washer with hot water to properly cleanse before wearing.
