No, it's not canon, but in this video it's used for fun. But such an idea can be developed into something really interesting. For example, Dream's brother may not allow Nightmere to kill the Prince of light, because Nightmere is very strong and can actually easily kill Dream, I believe. Yes, I really like this idea and the movie Venom fits well here 😆
