Explosion was the attack you always had to be ready for,even when it wasn’t very effective like against a Rock type,the health bar would still be running a little bit. Hyper Beam,Explosion,Fire Blast,Blizzard,Dynamic Punch,Thunder,Psychic….when these hit you would feel it

I’m currently replaying Pokémon silver and just got the the elite 4. Will is easy with umbreon, but Koga is the hardest in my opinion, his crobat is absolutely insane. The thing never dies even with an ampharos 😂😂. Then again I’m a tad underleveled.

Bruno should have had a Heracross in his team instead of Onix to be honest. I get that onix was one of his original Pokémon in red and blue and in the anime, but still, would have been cool to see a Heracross on his team since it’s part fighting type. Mix it up a little lol

I'm probably the only person who didn't have trouble with the Elite Four in GSC. In my opinion, I'm probably not the only person saying this but as far as Johto when it comes to Gym Leaders/Elite Four it's by far the weakest (Kalos might have something to say) considering that you're forced to go back to the Kanto region and rebattle Gym Leaders. Good thing in HGSS they up the anti of the Elite Four for the rebattle.

Umbreon is easy to deal with
1. Will’s Pokémon: Xatu, Jynx, Xatu, Exeggutor and Slowbro
2. Koga’s Pokémon: Ariados, Forretress, Muk, Crobat and Venomoth
3. Bruno’s Pokémon: Hitmontop, Onix, Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee and Machamp
4. Karen’s Pokémon: Umbreon, Vileplume, Gengar, Murkrow and Houndoom
Brock also have a Forretress and Crobat.
Vileplume and Gengar are NOT Dark Pokemon.
