Ingredients: - 1 package of filo dough; - 200 ml of water; - 250 g of sugar; - 6 apples; - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder; - 200 g of cashew pieces; - 50g of melted butter; - powdered sugar for decorating; Cooking time: 30 to 35 minutes Preparation: - Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). - Place a pan on the fire with water and sugar and bring to a boil. Add the peeled and diced apples, cinnamon and cashew pieces. Mix everything together and let it cook for about 5 minutes. - Roll out the dough and grease a dough sheet with melted butter. Place the apple mixture at one end. Roll up the dough and brush with melted butter and close the roll. Roll it into a flower shape and place it in the middle of the pan lined with baking paper. - Repeat the same for the remaining sheets. Then place around the central flower. Repeat this process until you run out of dough sheets and fill the mold. - Place in a preheated oven at 180º C for around 30 to 35 minutes. - Remove from the oven and remove from the pan once cool. Decorate with powdered sugar.
