Not really getting involved in the player transfers its a different player every day but if klopp was still here we would of had most of our players in by now..

Hey Craig! I think guehi would be the perfect signing! A good price at around $65 million which is both not too expensive but ensuring we are getting quality. He has been extremely impressive during the euros and fits our system, obviously it will always change now with slot but if that seems to be a ball recovery and build up game then he is perfect, can also be decently attacking too with a recent assist for Jude in the euros. He probably has good connections in the team with Trent and I feel like he would fit in very well. He also seems very hu,ble and ground which would be great for the locker room. I think he would be great. Another player I would like to see join us would be Mohamed kudus, also seems humble, is class, prem proven and is right sided and would be great replacement if we sold mo. I think we also need a 6 for some more depth and move our Samarai to the bench or keep him in the team. Our team need competition if we want to challenge for the title. Hope all is well Craig! YNWA

New signings that we want for next season will be done behind closed doors..We know our signings come out of nowhere..I expect the same again this summer..
normally i wouldn’t worry but with a new manager coming in i just feel like the euros is really messing with our plans for the start of the season like he’s gonna have less than a month before the prem starts to actually see all the players in training by the time the euros and copa america is finished.

I honestly believe we are one of the few clubs who do promote within and improve the academy players, but I am afraid you cannot make Jones Greek scouser into quality players, they have reached there level, no matter how much training of chances they get.
I knew it I was right about the poor way we conduct our business under FSG,so Riccardo Calafiori is going to Arsenal and so too are Bakayoko,Ederson, Ait-Nouri and all our other potential transfer targets. Our rivals our going to be ready and a pain to deal with this coming season, even Man United and Chelsea will do much better than us in the transfer window and I'm not even talking about Man City. We only have to look at all that talent we have playing for England to realise it’s not always the best players that makes the best team. Certain players in the Austrian, Switzerland, Georgian, and one or two other teams would make very good team players for little money. How many times do we see players in the Premier League we’ve never heard of wondering why Liverpool didn’t sign them. And then when we unexpectedly sign a player who has quality we praise FSG for their prowess in the transfer market as no one saw that move coming. Most of us have welcomed the return of Edward’s etc. They know what they’re doing. Stop with the hype, there are still plenty of players out there that will make Liverpool a better team.
So you don't believe Man City or now Arsenal have the best players, do you feel Jones, Quansa ( at the moment ) Elliott etc would even get in there squads let alone starting 11, that's why City win so much they have and buy the best available and suits there style.
I hear what you are saying. Down the years we have had players like Whelan, Lee and the superb Ray Kennedy to name but a few who fitted into our system who people didn’t recognise as great players at the time. We won the Premier League, the Champions League with players that wouldn’t get into Man City’s team recently. At the same time some of the Man City players wouldn’t get into the Liverpool team because of the different style of play. Liverpool under Klopp played a more dynamic game than the more possession based City. It will be very interesting to see Liverpool’s development under Slot.
Liverpool wont sign anyone exciting. We desperately need a CDM and CB. We may well get a CB, however he probably wont be anyone who anyone else is in for and is labelled "Potential". Strongly like our new manager. I am very pesamestic.
Quansah is already a high potential CB. Liverpool won’t buy another player like that.
Calafiori is the future but i don't understand why we fail to get all the really good players! All the great teams in Europe get stronger and stronger and we do nothing at all!

I am not expecting liverpool to buy players at all . Liverpool was 0:03, not bad at all last season. They chased too many trophies and paid the prices . All they need to do is stop this stupid klopp high line defending. All players were quite inexperienced as a team. All that is needed is probably one defending midfielder..
If Liverpool want to compete with City and Arsenal we should be looking at names in the class of Wirtz, Musiala, Simons etc. We should be looking at players that rank in the top ten in their positions. The board need to start splashing big cash or we are going to get left behind. I'd be offering Nunez plus cash for a striker who scores 7-8 out of 10 chances. Nunez scores 2-3 out of 10, not good enough for the championship

Misses from 8 yards then takes one over the shoulder on the volley or does an unbelievable chip. If he could finish like Hall he would be one of the best in the world.

I'm happy to wait until the window closes but I will say this much anybody who thinks this current liverpool squad is good enough to win the premiership or champions league need to see a psychiatrist. I think we'll struggle this season and of course the blame will fall on Arne Slot. But he can only play the hand that he's dealt. Also I cannot understand the thinking that Edwards is some sort of messiah that comes to the rescue and saves the day. He isn't and he won't. Of the players signed so far, none were good enough for Liverpool, none. Yes we need to get rolling, but not on any of the players that have already signed for other clubs
Agree with you to a point, the players mentioned who have been snapped up by other clubs are far ahead of some of the players we played last season, and if we cannot sign any of these players then what hope is there that FSG will sign even better players. Like you I can only dream.
