- Kane Blake is the founder of the Okanagan Forest Task Force - a community-led initiative to tackle the growing problem of illegal dumping in forests, recreational areas, and along natural waterways. In August 2016, Kane assembled a team of outdoor enthusiasts who shared his concern for the environment and safety of recreationalists.
Their mission is simple: to create a safer community by cleaning up these natural areas. Through their activities, the Okanagan Forest Task Force aims to make a positive impact on the environment and preserve these beautiful wilderness areas for future generations.
