Feeding time pe ap our baby eye to eye contact karogi, apki baby suck karegi apki nipple, baby apki breast touch karegi uski hand ✋ se... Issse apki automatically oxytocin release hogi, apki over flow hona strt ho jayegi,, koyi vi lactation supplement ki jarurat nahi padegi...

Or bottle feed karane se baby ka infection rok nahi sakte ap.. Or baby mothers ki nipple ki jo good bacteria hote hai wo vi nahi payenge..
Or breast feeding with skin to skin contact se mother or baby ki bonding long term hote hai. But breast milk bottle se pilane se mother and baby ki bonding kuchh saal e rahethe hein...

I became mom on 11 December and recently I following you which is very helpful.. It is too tough for becoming parents..
Few points that I was told by lactation consultant
Never bottle feed your baby while you are also breastfeeding it leads to nipple confusion. Baby will refuse breastfeeding. It will eventually lead to low milk supply. You can always use a spoon/palada. Secondly pumping is not an indication of milk supply. Because babies suckling is much stronger than any kind of pump. You may have enough breastmilk but your pump output may be low. These are general guidelines given by any lactation consultant or pediatrician.
As your videos are meant for baby care and new moms please avoid giving such information which may not be correct.
