You’re welcome 😊 Glad you enjoyed the video! Please feel free to share what you create on our Facebook group for beading and jewelry-making! Here is another lovely and fun bracelet video you may enjoy! www.potomacbeads.com/how-to/projects-tutorials/bracelet-projects/PPBB163.html
This bracelet seems to have a lovely drape (flexibility - like fabric)! The way the thread shows might bother me, though - has anyone tried embellishing it (which could hide the threads)? Maybe it would lose the drape then? I think I'll try it & see. Thanks Allie!
This might be a stupid question, but does this design only work with odd amounts of beads? Like how using odd count peyote to create a chevron pattern? If this makes sense, lol!
In the beginning, Allie shows a piece that is 3 columns wide, and since her tutorial piece is 5 wide, I would stick with using an odd count on this one. The only reason to need that odd count (that I can think of,) would be to have the thread align correctly to step up at the end of the row. But give it a try both ways and report back!
