One Ayala Grand Terminal Mall is almost finished.More Stores and Restaurants have opened and more will open in the coming months.
The Edsa Ayala Footbridge Renovation is now Finished.
Ayala Land Inc. is spending P13 billion to renovate and reinvent four of its premier shopping centers into “iconic” destinations amid increasing competition in the retail sector.
The redevelopment will take two years to complete and will involve the builder’s TriNoma shopping center in Quezon City, the Glorietta and Greenbelt malls in Makati City and Ayala Center Cebu. It enlisted the help of global design firms such as Australia’s Buchan and CAN Design Ltd. of Hong Kong for the project.
Ayala Malls is reinventing its iconic flagship malls to meet the new needs and tastes of consumers.

Ang Greenbelt Park ang nagsisilbing Arroceros Forest Park ng Makati kaya dapat i preserve ang mga puno dito....para rin ito Central Park sa NYC
In their latest update they also included Ayala Abreeza in Davao and Ayala Centrio in CDO for redevelopment and expansion.
Hindi dapat putulin ang mga puno sa Greenbelt park ara gayahin ang BG C....ang Greenbelt park ay isang Forest Park sa gitna ng city na nagsisilbing Lungs ng Makati na napupuno na ng maraming high rise buildings ....ang park na ito ay nakakabawas sa air pollution dyan sa Makati
FYI yang nga old buildings n yan ang nagbibigay ng charm sa isang siyudad..

Mas maganda maretain yung greeneries sa Greenbelt pati yung ponds ayusin lang at wag gayahin yung high street kc open spaces yun less greeneries kaya nga Greenbelt eh…mas ok yung me mga pocket gardens na medyo masukal for nature experience. Eto naman talaga ang tatak ng Greenbelt eh
Kita mo, gusto nila yung forest like atmosphere at Greenbelt! I was just wondering why you have to compare BGC to Greenbelt! The TREES PLUS THE ORNAMENTAL SHRUBS & GREENERIES are the MAIN INGREDIENTS why GREENBELT IS TRULY WORLDCLASS and has CAPTIVATED the EYES of the WORLD!!!
