@jwonggg, man is it just me or the recovery times for rashid are kinda way off-sync?... like, A friend of mine just tried to hit rashid in the air with his Marisa using SA 3... but the hitbox that even when seeing in slowmo, showed that marisa was basically inside rashid and yet the character didnt got hit.
So far rashid feels like his plus moves are decent because if you screw up with him his minus is HUGE compared to others. I could be wrong, but people have punished me a lot harder while I was rashid

There is an irony to that...I play more Raid than Street Fighter 6 still I'm looking forward to trying to climb in ranked now that I finally finished World Tour...I may end up having to learn Rashid to make any major progression but I still think I can make it to silver without that. My greatest moment of all time in Raid was when I finally got Arbiter in missions.
