Transformers Is decepticon Seacon Leader Snaptrap. Released in 1988. He came with the combiner parts for Phiranacon.I got Him for a Birthday Back in 88 With Powermaster prime. I had a birthday party that year & I almost got all the seacons. Except one. & yes you were correct too that was lightspeed rescue red ranger. I forgot to say yeah He is a Turtle snaptrrap SO Make sense in a way.
