- The October #EnergyUpdate has arrived, and for those of you who have been with me for a while, you will have heard me speak over the last few months about the very clear #energyshift in this last few months of the year. We'll dig into that more deeply in the video.

Thank you for helping me to not feel guilty for setting boundaries or doing what is best for my soul! In the times we are in, as an empath, I have felt very separated from my family due to opposing views on certain choices playing out right now, and it has been extremely difficult. Glad that we are awakening every day more..We are learning on our own that it was as we were taught
With the restrictions increasing in Melbourne, Australia this is all very heightened to our experience in the war of beliefs, accepting to let go of people in particular has been difficult. The reality of a job ending due to sovereignty rights has also heightened the emotional body. Thank you for your gentle direction in neutralising the frequency and not Panic, just create create create!
My God. I cannot even describe to you how many things you've said that have made my jaw drop. I try not to force resonation with your work or anyone else's. But Lee, this month's update has resonated with my entire being. It would take me all day to explain how almost every theme you've brought up applies to me. I'm still in awe. Thank you for what you do.

I like what you said about certain parts of people you let go off, are present in new people. I noticed this for myself as if I’m always communicating with that same energy that keeps showing up again but in different people.

I recently let go of a friendship I’ve had since 85 due to her constant focus on politics and frankly I’m exhausted from hearing it .We had great fun in middle school but I can’t relate with that energy anymore . I’ve tried the whole boundary thing and now I’m done .Out with the old and in with the new .
Interesting. I've just started a course on creation, yesterday was the first online lesson. And during watching this video someone texted me to confirm she wants to hire me for a new business I've started lately. I haven't even completely let go of my old job because I didn't think it would go this fast 🤗
I loved the ending. If you've been spending time grieving what you're seeing, it's important that you get back into creating the very thing that you would like to see more of in the world 💖💞🌈✨
After 6.5 years of using yoga intensely to heal a herniated disc, and two bulging discs I have been on a path of strengthening my lumbopelvic area. In the past few months rapid healing has been happening (with my intent focus on moving energy lower) and I have been experiencing pain in the neck/shoulders/throat, etc... because muscles in the lower 4 chakras are coming alive and pulling on tightness and spinal imbalance that was solidified for years. I don't like the pain, but love the idea of healing. Gotta go through the pain to get to the pleasure :0 Yin and the Yang!!!
Also, I notice faster healing breakthroughs after every time I teach others new modalities or guide them through a meditation rather than focusing on my personal improvement.

Thanks so much Lee! I can relate to it all 100%. This month I am releasing everywhere I have misperceived who I am and what I am capable of, and replacing it with more of my authentic self, authentic self expression, and generally living more in alignment with the truth at the core of my soul, and allowing that and my greater awareness of that, to inform the direction and opportunities I call in and am open to. It feels like it is time to stand up an be counted - exactly as the powerful light I am (& have always been) - without any masks or suppression which has kept it in the shadows.
This is such a resonate update for me. Changing relationships is the big one. As I go deeper on this journey I do feel sadness that certain friendships no longer resonate as they once did. This was a beautiful reminder that its ok to let go of the resistance to letting go. Thank you Lee 😇 Sending everyone strength and love ❤
The benefit of lockdown for me was huge. I feel like I’m somehow different now and I’ve enjoyed the whole process. I’ve grown from the inside and working outwardly to make changes. I’m always grateful for your teachings Lee 🙏

UUGGHH YES!! I am breaking out of the chrysalis - it has been such a painful waiting period, coupled with my parallel, brutal dark night of the soul. I am so ready for the breaking through. My heart is literally in pain from expanding!! Thank you so much Lee, I resonate so much with this!

September was a sh*t show but it went by really quickly! Such an uncomfortable month, but I did feel a lightening up of my innards last night and I did some things that were hanging over my head and got rid of some discomfort. So for myself I see October as being a month of tying up loose ends of stuff that I’ve been meaning to do but avoiding because it was unpleasant, which should have a positive impact on my life…… 🤞🏼 I’ve been running in the same spot for so long, really want to get going on my intent to create the best life for myself and my family.

I feel as if I'm in the eye of the storm, simply just observing everything around me. I'm in my boat (my life) I've let the oars go and letting the boat take me to my next destination. I feel very at ☮️, simply be in the creation let go process, totally in trust.
I am releasing all the Selfish, Greedy, Cowards & Traitors that have been in my Life--- And See where God Takes me from there... .
And I Pray for all the people uncared for & unloved, to finally have Abundance in Things Good... .
I feel as though the evolutionary process is super fast and getting faster. I feel I am a completely different person than I was just a few months ago. The circumstances/challenges seem to be coming hard and fast but somehow I'm managing with a bit more ease and grace. Thank you for this great message. Having a new relationship with stillness because without being still is illness. Going within and meditate without making it a big deal between who is wrong or right. I am happy now that I've worked on my own inner world and being okay without taking things too personally. Thank you, Lee.
We have been back to “normal” here in Denmark for a month now, no more mask and restrictions, it has been stressful to get back in gear. Boundaries are really important 👍🏼🙏

Exactly! We must stop fighting questioning our beliefs and at the same time honour those with different beliefs. Each person's journey is unique to them. We must drop ALL judgements and see that we are all one.

I feel like I'm in a never ending storm that is getting worse everyday. An emotional tornado around me as I watch the world. Trying to find my center, calmness while trying to see the world without fear and judgement to prepare myself for future events.
I found that when I stopped trying to stay peaceful, it got more peaceful 😊
All three themes currently resonate with me, and the one that's in the forefront is:
'The importance of me acknowledging my need to create the life I desire, in a world I wish to see and giving myself to the entire process". I'm so grateful.

This is amazing. I have struggled for years between spirit and the human condition. This last month (September), was like a catipult into spirit where I have encountered, angels, guides, higher self etc. To the point that even in times of being frustrated, that peace of the spirit world is encompassing what I normally felt guilty about. Furthermore the ones that keep referencing that "We" are here to keep you in grace as you grow specifically in energetic awareness through all things". I've never felt such a quickening in spirit like this. But I thank you for expressing these October times. May we all connect through this unveiling 🙌🙏

Changing and Shifting relationships, and boundaries and connections are the 2 major themes that I have begun to see
I love your forecasts Lee. Since the big awakening I had 4 years ago I often find that I’m already going through it before the month starts. The other day I pulled an oracle card about boundaries and wondered uneasily what was coming because I’ve already distanced myself gradually from those relationships that aren’t good for me. I also have spoken to
our circle about not feeding the negative because it’s an energy that grows and there are enough people doing that, and instead to focus on creating heaven on earth, creating the world we want to live in, not focusing on the one we don’t. Because as light workers this is our purpose. To be the beacon and lead the way. So we just make peace with where we are, being who we are and the rest will follow
This is exactly what I have been experiencing! Looking into long time friendships that have actually been very toxic - setting boundaries - speaking my truth - letting go - gently/lovingly letting go. In that process this last month (end of September first part of October) being immersed with a wonderful group of complete strangers on a two week sailing adventure - learning that there are people out there who are deep thinkers and feelers - what a breath of fresh air! I am so grateful! Thank you Lee for your inspiration, it has greatly impacted my life in the most positive ways! This energy update is spot on and I am so very appreciative!

I have been feeling that im going through a transformation. It's lighter and more joyful energy than im used to feeling. Even less anxiety.
Thank you. I was playing pickleball and pulled a muscle. I quickly focused on healing only to realize it was something else. I literally channeled the cause (Covid induced over topical retinol use) and healed it. So. Fast. I’m amazed at what’s being presented and at the same time understanding the planet retrogrades are healing all of us. Fast. I am ready to save the planet with solar energy. My calling.

I love to watch the energy updates at least twice: at the beginning of the month (ASAP!) and then again halfway through and/or near the end of the month as a reminder and to compare what Lee discussed and how things actually went. The themes always resonate so strongly, especially 2 or 3 weeks later as life unfolds, and this month was no exception. The guidance that comes from Lee & the monthly themes are wonderfully soothing to revisit, particularly this time around as I received 2 bits of “bad” news halfway through October. As I process this news & watch again at the end of the month, I now realize I am witnessing invitations for faster healing, to speak my truth and for shifts/letting go of relationships.
