Thanks for watching & commenting Su - We are really happy with how its all come out, which you'll be able to see in the next vid - We'll get it out just as soon as we've finished editing it 💚✌️🌿
Wow I love what you’re doing! I have 2 poly tunnels (same size) and looking to do some thing similar. I was using standard hose will drilled holes but found it missed too many areas so I gave up. What is the make of hose drip line your using? I want to buy some and follow your guidance. Thanks for sharing these videos they are so useful and it’s inspiring! I’ve subscribed now. Thank you ❤
Hey Radaghast, thanks for your kind words and for subscribing, its made by hydrosure there are various hole distances etc but youll find this one on there, should be a game changer! thanks
Those polytunnels are ace and getting the drip system happening is an awesome thought! Do people instal them for you or were yours done DIY? Did you guys make a video showing the whole propping up process?
Hey Sofia, all DIY, but that’s just us probably being a bit crazy, you can get the companies to construct them too, but obvs more cost involved … I think I have some footage somewhere, I don’t think it would be a how to vid though as we were learning on the job!!! 🤣 the next video coming shows more on the water system side too I think 💚✌️🌿
Hi, we only turn the lines on 3 times per week for about 10mins at a time, because of the length of our tunnels/lines and how fast the water drips out. We are doing a spot water once a week currently whilst the plants are small, until their roots have spread out and can find the water better.... Having the lines under the mulch layer helps too. ✌️🌿
No, no solar, no pump, just gravity fed from a point a little higher up. I think Dan goes in to more detail about the overall system in part 2, which we’ll get out soon as weve got it edited 🌿💚✌️🌿
Peace and plants 🌱
Can't wait to see part 2 on how to connect it all...before I buy what I need for my polytunnel!

Do you plan on leaving it on all of the time during the hottest months, or just put it on for a couple of hours per day?

That makes sense. Thank you!
Hi, Ive Been looking at doing something similar from my IBC, does it need a solar pump to get enough pressure to feed the water through. Thanks
No, no solar, no pump, just gravity fed from a point a little higher up. I think Dan goes in to more detail about the overall system in part 2, which we’ll get out soon as weve got it edited 🌿💚✌️🌿
