BMW for me is always the one,even if i had to chose something else I'd chose another BMW,its not the best but it does a lot of things better and has its onw different feel than most cars out there. And only BMW owners and fanboys that had a chance to drive one will understand.

The x3 looks like a cracker box going down the road. Just plain boring. After 15 yrs of BMWs, I'm switching to Merc.
The X3 looks like a bigger vehicle strictly from a design language pov. The GLC seems like it’s been artificially downscaled to make the GLE look much larger. I’m not a fan of that. The GLC feels like an after thought by merc where as the X3 looks like a primary one. The sales reflect that

BMW offers a better driver experience than MB. But MB holds better resale value than BMW. BMW is well known of its high depreciation.

If you look at the rear view of the Mercedes it’s a rip off of the BMW. The BMW driver experience is much better than the Mercedes.

In general, BMW is $2K cheaper than the compatible MB. I have never owned a BMW before, so I will check it out.

If I had to choose between BMW and Mercedes-Benz, I take the Jaguar or Toyota. Forget these cars of green-woke German carmakers, furnished with cheap plastic everywhere at much too high prices.
After 20+ years with BMW I ordered a 2024 GLC and got it in December 2023 and I had to get rid of it and back to BMW already. Mercedes is just so stupid, sensors are not sensitive enough, features and functions are much less than BMW, so many things BMW X3 can but GLC can’t. also Mercedes’ app is a joke too. Mercedes only win by cost more. Still can’t believe I paid $70k for a stupid GLC. Never again.
The BMW will spoil you a lot,once you drive a BMW you won't be satisfied with anything either than a BMW cos even a sharper more fine tuned Porsche has things that would make you miss driving your BMW. BMW is not the best out there but there are many things that a BMW does in your driving spirit that other cars cannot.
