The decal is in the right spot, different speedo and steering wheel should be an SS steering wheel instead of a Chevy emblem. I have an '84 SS, this is a VERY nice car.

The decklid decal for 83-84 was in the center of that panel, not as shown in this video, however you would think its correct. There are many 83 and 84 Monte's here on youtube showing this. I dont want to get into an argument with fellow car enthusiasts however, we all love these cars!
