My deepest heartfelt sympathies to the family of the deceased victim. The 17 year old should be charged as an adult. The other's involved in this case should have charges against them as well, since they were kicking the victim.
The one killed wasnt an immigrant. He was born in devils lake north dakota. I personally know him. He had some struggles here and there but he didnt deserve this. My heart hurts for him and his family. Idk about the 17yr old. Even the family doesnt know much either. Ive been in contact with his brother and aunt. If you want to get technical, most of us are immigrants. our ancestors immigrated here at different times which makes us immigrants as well. I was born and raised in tennessee but my ancestors immigrated from europe....dont start sh*t on this post.
