I had a neighbor that would break into my house and steal stuff the guy was a Narcissistic democrat so he felt he had the right to steal from anyone. He is lucky I never caught him red handed I would have done what is legal in my state to do and I told him that too.

Even if she holds onto the not guilty plea evidence of course won't go into favor. She should've saved herself and the court's time by simply pleading guilty. I was robbed while away this past July 4th holiday and it turned out to be a fellow resident who snagged a master key from an unlocked maintenance room. Stuff was stolen that is irreplaceable and he sold the stuff out the trunk of his car, it will never be found. The former neighbor is in prison for the fact that the items stolen were valued in excess of $10k, making it a federal offense. I left the apartment complex in December and realized then that there were additional items that were stolen, oh well, ppl suck. 🙄😒

Which is just ridiculous, because they’re just collectibles I have saved over the years. But that’s what my caseworker told me. It’s definitely the first thing I’m gonna do when I get off of it. Years ago I moved into a new apartment and I was taking a shower to get ready for work and I heard a knock at the door, the next thing I heard was a man’s voice in my apt saying hello, well I froze in panic, I was 7 months pregnant and nude in the shower and home alone. I stayed in there not sure what to do, finally I came out and my front door was ajar, I went to my room, and my jewelry box had been emptied, and my stereo was gone, but not much else because we had just moved in that week and everything was still unpacked. I know in my gut it was the maintenance guy because I had a work order due and my front door was locked. The office manager refused to speak to me about it, the cops couldn’t get anything out of them either. I moved as soon as my 6 month lease was up and now I always put on my work orders that I have to be present for them to enter and I make sure it’s scheduled and I’m not alone. Having that happen stays with you forever.

Maybe they should also have the ability to lock down a unit if the tenant informs them they’ll be away. The only difference in ending is that my mother and aunt whoop this woman’s ass and locked her in the closet till police came. If this didn’t happen in the 50s my family would have been arrested fir assault and the thief would have been bailed out.
