One of the best meditations I've done. Much relief from headaches, quite subtle at the beginning but becoming aware of the desire to control the attention. Thanks Sunny. Love and light!
I really enjoyed this meditation Sunny, my mind thought it was going to be difficult, but I was able to to literally do nothing, the mind, to my surprise, did not dispute . 🙏🏽
I've just listened to this Video, and have never had such a free and Formless experience with a meditation practice. Meditation can often be difficult for me with its normally structured format. But this one allowed one everything. I was surprised how just dropping and not controlling the attention was even possible for me. I will try it again not out of compulsion, but to accept or the reverse with no issues from the Silent Still Spaciousness within. Just to be in that eternal space.
Alway great and understanding, I've been going threw things, just buy myself, I think most understand, family base been the killer I disconnect right now from all always thamks
Sonny, This really helped clarify my mind, and support my meditation. This letting go of thoughts has always been something that comes easy to me, My problem is the thoughts that do surface, are am I doing enough, is this meditation, and now, how do I incorporate self inquiry into my quietness, without disrupting it? It felt good to let all that go today. Although, I do wonder how I bring Inquiry into my meditation. This often just feels enough, and what is right for me. Thank you, as always 🙏🏻
I am loving all your pointers… my biggest issue is my body getting agitated… my mind gets still but my body gets agitated and itchy… I’d love some pointers for that. If I try to stay still it becomes more intense.
Thank you for this. I'm facing a problem, it feels like I can perceive everything, I mean thought and senses everything, so that implies I'm none of them. So, when I look for what I can't perceive then I find it's here and now only, but it doesn't stays even for two secs. I do daily meditation. And most of the time mind becomes so hellbent on making me convinced that awareness is in brain area, then it feels like my ways are getting blocked.
I'm sharing your basic teachings with a friend from a different culture. VERY wound up. If she just dropped something, a flower even, she'd think that was wrong, she broke it, that was stupid, have to clean it up, worried she's wrong, boss will angry, etc... A lot of etc. How can you/I explain drop it, let it be there, be ok with it. She's frustrated that after one try meditating she's failed.
Is the mental engagement itself an intention to control attention? Or does that only appear when we attempt to continue, redirect or push away the mental engagement? I’m stuck on this as some say it’s about dropping mental engagement as soon as it appears while others say to drop the control over our attention only once it becomes obvious - I.e. when subtle aversion appears as a result of pushing away at mental engagement.
I feel constant feeling of discomfort in right jaw ear..... If i focus on breath that jaw clenching occur if do nothing then i feel constant feeling of that I diagonised by ENT dr he said all report is fine

I just don’t know what to say about Sunny and these videos.
I was never able to meditate in 50 years until last week when I found this. 😊
Very good to hear. It’s not so hard when you understand it with clarity
I am loving all your pointers… my biggest issue is my body getting agitated… my mind gets still but my body gets agitated and itchy… I’d love some pointers for that. If I try to stay still it becomes more intense.
Just let them happen and don’t give it too much significance. Try your best to remain still. Observe the agitation but do not react to or give into in
@@selfinquiryschool thank you…. I will ❤️
What about the breathing I feel it’s better when you forget about the breath
Where does Love , Bhakti/devotion fit in with Self Inquiry practices? 😊💞GRATEFUL for all you do!!
It can be practiced side by side if you wish :) Happy you're finding the videos helpful!
Thank you for this.

Simply stay consistent with the practice for now :)

too bright a background to use it for a relaxing meditation.
Are you doing meditation with open eyes ?
Alcohol and saunas are used to relax; meditation is to wake up
