Yeaaa, the freestyle was dope.. But it sucks that is really wasn't a free off the top. You can see Murs looking at his iPad the entire time and Webby was just spittin the first verse from his song "Whatever I Like" off his most recent mixtape "Bars on Me."

Yo so basically a freestyle is a off top or written verse flowed to match a beat it's not off the top
GENOSHOCK a freestyle is technically a written or not written verse that you rap in one recording without stopping or fixing it up to make it sound better. But I call them "written freestyles" and I call the ones that are made up on the spot "real freestyles"
Yeah people should make a better distinction. There are many things with true school knowledge that are actually hard to explain, like "freestyle" vs off the top or the subtleties of biting vs being inspired and making it your own
