Hey gorgeous I buy Uncle Dan electrolyte drinks from Dollar tree in the baby section and that helps with his spasms and charley horses from working construction and now that he's pounding the pavement working for Amazon delivering packages he would get them really bad so I had the idea to try that and he hasn't had any since drinking the electrolyte drink before he goes to bed or as soon as he comes home from I hope this can help... kisses
