Thanks for giving me a 'clue' on EC2 breakdown. I've been trying to get answers and AWS support is over my head.. Here's my question, I have S3 for storing videos for my classes. In order for a student to 'view' video on my site, I have to use EC2 cloud based delivery, otherwise, if they click on thumbnail, it would just download video to user device from S3. That's my understanding, is this correct? 🤔What's the best EC2 pricing option should I choose for membership site with videos? On-demand? - Thanks I just don't want to be faced with an unexpected bill for hundreds of $$🧐

A mix of Reserved and On-Demand pricing for the best value and performance.
Uses a baseline of reserved for steady-state usage (i.e. the min you need) and then on-demand for bursting
So that means, that one gets billed from the moment the virtual machine is launched, up until the moment the instance is terminated, correct ?
Yes
