What happens at 4:06 ?
Looks like he shoots a valve on the pipe on the ceiling and a guy around the corner dies.
It's mini-levolution, the pipe on the ceiling is a gas pipe that when you shoot triggers a wall of fire below it. It regenerates so after a cooldown you can trigger it again.
Ravic Thanks, I never picked that up. I stopped the video and replayed it 3 times to try to figure out what was happening there.
The problem with that is that it kills teammates too, hardcore or not.

Douglas Clan Ravic is very good, but definitely not the best ;) Rhere are some guys who can do just as well as ravic does agains worthless players, but when playing against pretty reasonable players.
***** yeah those rounds are the best because whrn you win you feel like you achieved something, the worst are the baserape rounds, no matter the side... Most of the time i just leave when the other team is raped, sometimes i switch sides and try to do something but I'm not patient enough to wait for my team to realise that if they push they could win...

The pellets in the shotgun shells were actually just grains of salt.
Chaz Cheramie It's not the salt that kills them, it's their sheer frustration.
Any other pellets may have grains in them, Ravic's have salt slugs hardened with his enemies' sorrow.

PalmTree Films nope, a lot of people prefer bf4 over bf1, I was ecstatic to hear about bf1 I watched the reveal trailer live, unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations even though it is a very good game. Bf4 however I still enjoy thoroughly :)

what the hell kinda shit is that getting into the tower gun at c flag from the ground like that I never seen that before

he's shown it a few times before in his locker videos
the stationary gun has a very generous area where you can enter it, which extends past the tower. so all you need to do is jump while holding e, and you'll enter it
It works on any vehicle/stationary placement within the game. Just have to use your imagination and integrate it into your gameplay. Skilled Attack Chopper pilots/gunners use the same method to switch seats when they want to deploy the ECM and Extinguisher (if the chopper took a hit and got disabled) while still maintaining altitude. Pilot jumps out and turns towards the chopper while the gunner switches seats, then deploys the Extinguisher, while the pilot (now turned gunner) gets in and takes his place until they reach cover, or destroys/kills whatever it is that's targeting them. They then do the ole switcharoo again. Repeat and rinse as many times as needed to kill all the ants. Lol.

BrozzyTheMLGPro actually- on console there are just tons of worthless players, who don't even want to improve (as oposed to pc where there the ammount of total noobs is not that big, and most players want to get better, and achieve that to some extent) a bit of reasonable players and few very good ones. The skillgap on console i would say is higher, but only if you are very good ;)

you can't move and shoot with the shotgun, you gotta pause for a mili-second while you take the shot. You can see ravic doing this in the video.

i bought battlefield field 1, played it for 2 weeks then went back to good old battlefield 4 cause 1 just doesnt feel right, it feels more like a bad call of duty than a battlefield game

It's a shame those "endless combinations of weapons" were so numerous, it was completely redundant. There are so many weapons that players don't use in BF4 simply because they aren't any better than any other gun.

You know man - I'm still amazed that you find servers with shotguns allowed. I tried last month to find some (EU) with maps like the yours (not to mentions TDM and other meat grinding maps) and NOPE.

Nades would be the least of the problems. It's literally impossible to rush through doorways and closed spaces with all the X25/M350 spam that goes on. I dunno how many times I died from some random LVG 50 meters away.

+Ravic, what do you think of the L85A2 assault rifle? I think it feels like a Scar H with its perfectly vertical recoil pattern. It also has better strafing accuracy thanks to being a bullpup.

Reaction time isn't everything, it certainly helps but having a great understanding of what your guns strength and limitation is as well as knowledge of the map is what truly makes you an amazing player @Ravic
the 870 is so op when you get the feel of it, i think it was my best gun in bf3 and bf4, so damn good, and the fact that you can reload and shoot at the same time, beast mode.

EVGA has some of the stupidest server rules / admins out there. I ended up in one through a quickmatch, Conquest Large, Siege of Shanghai, and the enemy team had completely wired Objective A with all kinds of explosives; claymores, AT mines, etc... My team was unable to get through because of all of the explosives, so I respawned as a Recon with a MAV, deployed said MAV where no one would see me, and flew it across the water to A to start taking out some of those explosives so our tanks could get through. After blowing up nearly fifteen mines, one of the enemy infantry got killed in the blasts, and said I was breaking a rule about staying in spawn. I asked where the rules were, and they said on their main site. I said that if there are rules, they should post it on the load screen or something, and they said it's not up for discussion. I then told them that's retarded, but that I would look them up real quick. They then banned me for arguing. While I was banned for like an hour, I looked up the rules. It specifically states that you can't stay in spawn as a means to avoid playing the objective. I was helping my team to push up. I was playing the objective. I brought this to their attention, and they said that it's simply not up for debate, and then banned me again.

I just recently know about ravic and saw his gameplay of shotgun. I tried to apply his technique in BF3 (because that's the only battlefield i owned) and it worked lmao goddamn shotguns are OP.
I watched this before going to work. Thinking today would be a good day. I lost all hope after completing the video.
This reminds me of when I when like 70/ 17 with the 12 gauge shorty trying to unlock the g18. It took me till he end of the match to realize that the shorty isn't classified as handgun

Dude, the shotgun way is the only way! It's hands down the best CQB gun in the game + Locker is CQB, so no reason to not use it other than not being banned
Mister yeah, but it's a one hit kill weapon, it's like using a UCAV or an impact nadr. It's in the game, that's ok, but it's really disgusting to see. Also, I'm pretty sure Ravic can play better with an AR or a carbine.
It's a one hit kill UP CLOSE, you find ANYone, with ANY other weapon over 30m and you are dead, unless they are very bad. That's a massive downside, it just happens to not really have this problem in Locker, which is CQB only (kinda why I think Locker is not a BF map, more like a big COD map, but that's another conversation).
Ravic is good not only because he knows the maps and the guns, he is good because he adapts. Big maps? Good old SCAR-H, or L115 or SRR61. Infantry focused, but open? M16A4 is a good one. CQB? 870MCS. Shotguns are not OP, they are just dominators in Close Quarters. Sniper rifles are extremely precise and 1hk in the head, are they OP because of it? Not at all. Just much better than an AR WHEN over 100m. Problem with shotguns is that Locker is a map played really often and they are too good on it, so players don't accept them as a gun type just like an AR/Carbine. No, Ravic won't do better without Locker/Metro with shotguns, because shotguns ARE better in Locker/Metro. They're not OP, it's the map that make them better. Just like the AEK, for example.
What Ravic doesn't like is truly unbalanced stuff, such as Hardcore (Snipers and slugs rule all). BF4 is already dominated in most ranges by ARs and Carbines, why won't people just accept there are other gun types and they are just as valid? What matters in the end is adaptation and points, you aren't doing better by sticking to something that makes you worse just because "it takes more skill". Ravic criticizes powerguns all the time, but they are on the game, so he uses them.
Sorry for the massive text, but I want to avoid a massive discussion here so that's all I think.
Mister I agree with you, but there are some things in the game which I just can't find fair for other players, mostly weapons that don't require any skill to get kills with.

If you have really fast internet and a great computer you’re going to have 60fps and what seems like a ridiculous reaction time. Half the time my problem is being on a server that my ping fluctuates and it seems like these guys come out of nowhere, but your shots are going to be more accurate because the players are loaded in exactly where they are. Besides, shotguns are op because it’s realistic, they can blow a potato sized hole in just about anything.

I've played BF long enough to experience that. No doubt you are a good shot but for me, its just comes down to the net code. Playing in EU server as well.
