Lawyer Omar revealed that Ruto's regime has collected in just two and a half years 10 times what Kibaki's regime collected in 10 years and 20 times what Uhuru collected for 10 years. The big question is where is Ruto taking this money to when there is no improvement in the lives of common mwananchi?
