What would cause a good child, the best daighter a father can ask for, to make up such a damning statemet about her "father". The fact that she said he's a good person so she doesn't want him to get into trouble, she just wants him to stop, tells me there is no way this child made this up. It was a genuine cry for help. She analyzed the situation and determined that the help she so desperately needed wouldn't come from within her home. She exercised good judgemet and she did the right thing.

Not a supporter and never was. Didn't even know many of them. As for me and my house, we discern who is who, character, conduct, communication, and conversation, plus we shall know them by their fruit.
It is more so, who is protecting the child and still protecting the child. Especially when she might be still under said roof and under control to what and how she say. Her school mates and friends, even her siblings may or may not come at her, making her try to harm herself, if she is not strong enough to stand against all that is or may come against her life and peace of mind.
Yes, he may be set free of the charges, but he could've not so boastful with the narcissistic egos to put out statement of such, without qualms to no apology to his daughter and those who was and is support to them.
All the evidence was presented, but evidence was redacted and went missing. Don't forget why when the daughter addressed this with mother prior, it was ignore and she was chastised.
Move forward to this charges where her school counselor and teacher was privy to, then the State & Law stepped in to investigate. Since she is a minor, her information and what is stated was kept out of public records.
Yes he was charged, but dismissed with prejudice, meaning, it can be used against him, if he is caught again doing these egregious acts against minors, and that is sick and some stronghold to do incestuous acts to your daughter whom he claimed he raised since she was 2 yrs old.

Didn't this matter involved the police and they released him and dismissed the case so why you take it up on your head maybe you need to reach out to FPD and question them.
The dismissal of the case can arise for several reasons.
1. Might be, the child not wanting him to get on trouble so she refuses to give evidence.
2. It could be that after perusal of her statement of the alleged offence, they could have clarified and they an unsure.
3. In the absence of corroborating evidence, the prosecution might review the evidence and conclude that the evidence does not meet the threshold.
The above are a few point and I’m certain that there could be other reasons BUT a case being dismissed doesn’t necessarily amount to innocence. Guilty people have been found not guilty or case dismissed before trial and some innocent people have been convicted. Trust me in that

What was the point of interviewing CMR then?
The Carter family channel will never be the same after this idc what anyone says. Janay is the most humble silent and respectful daughter out of the group of girls from what we can see in all their videos (as a long time watcher/subscriber myself) and she would not tell a lie on the man who has been her dad from she was 2 yrs old. CMR in himself know deep down what he has done and the truth will eat him alive. If I was Crissy I’d simply divorce and focus on my brand and being the best mom for my girls, heal myself and move on and find a better man (yes there is always better bcuz what we are used to sometimes are not good for us and only take advantage of us. With so many things he has done she needs to use it as a sign from God to move on before things get worse)

Journalism requires an unbiased approach to any topic, no matter how one's personal feeling may sway. The fix interview, caused people to have a lot more questions; the silence from CMR (though understandable with a court case in mind) we the public are used to being told almost everything (or so we assume) about their life. Nonetheless, the court of public opinion will now have to aim those questions to either CMR & Chrissy or allow time to prove his innocence or the lack thereof.
