This is a tricky one. If you have to protect yourself as a necessity, then it has to be done. But there can be a very wide and subjective definition of what 'defense' is that could affect outcomes of decisions made on this premise. Self-inquiry can help to sort out if the "defense" is coming from an angry place and if the action taken is out of anger. Anything angry put out could be boomeranged strongly. But there are ways to protect and defend without anger in certain situations. I hope that helps it make more sense.
I just got a new job and they were nice at first but I started getting bad vibes and sense they are talking against me. I am verry anti genocide and think they are trying to cancel me. I hope this blows thru because I will never accept the horrible things inflicted on Palestinians!!!

just slow the video down, you can do this with the click of a button on the video player
doesn't matter how fast I talk, you can just click the 'speed' button on the video player to slow the video down to whatever speed suits you
