This looks amazing. Air Fryers are proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. It's a turbo oven that makes everything, and anything taste better. No matter what I cook, it seems to always come out tastier, and juicier in the air fryer.
Excellent Video! One tip I saw somewhere else is to score meat in a checker board pattern with a knife (Especially the fat side) so rub penetrates better! Keep up the good work and I look forward to more of your video's!
Perhaps let us know the wattage of your air fryer. At 1800 watts I ended up putting mine back in for 5 more minutes and even then some of the thicker parts were still on the raw side.
I agree with the other commentary below what wattage is your air fryer? Because I did exactly what you said and mine was still very raw inside my air fryer is 1700 watts.
Idk what wattage mine is but I had to put mine back in for another 10-15 minutes so next time I cook tri tip, I'll do it for about 25-30 minutes at 400
This is actually a decent set of instructions but you want to tent the tri tip with foil not wrap it. This will let it actually rest as opposed to keep cooking
Seasoning your meat evenly would make a world of difference in the presentation/end result. And for the sake of everyone’s ears and your knives, please never cut on aluminum foil again
Wow, Melisssa you are amazing. I want to work with you on a product review video on your channel. I have sent the proposal to your mailbox or IG and Twitter DM, so if interested then please respond to me there for further discussion.
I've been grilling tri tip for 20+ years. This air fryer deal is legit

To be fair though it didn't get overcooked at all.
If it was a bigger piece of meat. It generates more heat, therefore it could very well overcook the meat.
What does the oil do?
Helps seasoning adhere to meat.
I have a tip to try if you want some
How many quartz is this air fryer, and what brand?
Looks like an older style 8 qt Chefman
