Those who created Christianity understood religion as power. Spirituality is a personal relationship with the Divine. Religion is crowd control.
Jesus if ever that he was real did not do anything remarkable to be called as one and only true holy God. The miracles that he did, any person of faith can do that also. And in fact he only had 3 short years of ministry while we are doing the works more than 3 years than him. It's so unrightful and unjust to make him a hero of Christian religions. Death is our penalty for sin. The God who created the universe, did not want us to die. So, He came to the earth and became a man. He lived among us, was the only one to live a sinless life, and then He took our punishment on the cross. He chose to die for our sins so that we wouldn't have to. We need to accept His payment for our sins, repent of our sins, and live for Him and not ourselves.
