Mam did the Adm jablupur case was overuled by puttuswamy case??
In the Puttaswamy case, the decisions of MP Sharma and Kharak Singh were specifically overruled by the Supreme Court. The ADM Jabalpur case is an unpopular judgment, yet it is still referred to by judges when deciding cases involving fundamental rights.
