I have the DVD of this concert , listened to it on repeat . I’m a drummer REV is my inspiration . I’ve seen them 9 times since 2012. Been a fan since city of evil .
In fact, his vocal coach was Ron Anderson. So he had the same coach as Axl Rose and Chris Cornell. x) He collaborated with him just before the third album City of Evil
I saw them January 2017 on their "The Stage World Tour" and it was amazing! Matts voice was great, he changed up a lot of vocals adding more power to certain sections of songs, the whole band wason fire! We caught TWO of synyster gates guitar Picks too, had his signature on one side and the band logo on the other!
👍look for a copy of….yes, they made a DVD of the Whole Concert Live in the LBC….probably hard to find….maybe Amazon or EBay?! Killer Concert in their Home Turf! Saw them in 08 with the Rev-Casper Wyoming, and 2019 in Salt Lake City….Both Amazing!!🙏👍🤟🤟🤟
I can’t believe no one has brought it up. Sevenfold has a song called Burn It Down on the City of Evil album… please check it out lol it’s meant to be.
U have to react to the whole live in the lbc concert. It’s a must. If u really want to hear shadows in his prime, react to him live in 2006. That’s him at his best imo
Matt would feel so complimented if he heard your praise and comparison (in quality, not in style) to Chris Cornell. These guys are very musically talented, but they also seem like really chill and humble people. Always changing their style and trying something new, can't find a bad thing about this band either
They are amazing live. Was lucky to see the Rev one time.
You gotta react to every song live at the LBC, in my opinion it’s top 3 shows I’ve ever seen. It’s incredible
if I had the ability to time travel once, I'd probably go back and experience this concert lol
@ Same bro
