Colitis patient i am taking medicines for last 20 years. I can't take spicy food. I am surving only with the help of ulcerative colitis medicine for last 20 years. It is my life time medicines. Some times i am having
indigestion problems. Please suggest me what to do if i am not able to digest food. Some times i
feel like potty immediately after taking my lunch and dinner.
