B-Arts cool and all but I’m really not the biggest fan of his stuff personally. Not really my style of beat boxer however respect for Bart no doubt and he’s definitely talented. I’m more into musicality personally I feel that it’s nicer to listen to.

Beatboxing is still very very young so even though there are sooo many videos it wouldn't take too much time to be able to watch a lot of the history of competitive beatbox from like SwissBeatBox channel. The first loopstation battle that got me into was a guy name Grison and I think he was the very first GBB Loop champion and then the next year I look forward to Grison and he gets absolutely crushed by PENKYX and then my mind was blown xD

Man Thorsen was so groundbreaking at the time... I remember how fucking stunned I was when the battle came out. I'd maybe even argue Thorsen pioneered the current loopstation trends even moreso than Saro. Though Saro is a breed of his own of course. I recommend Tom Thum and Gene Shinozaki showcase alongside MB14 and Saro showcase.

@@ConfuseDead this was a small issue as the time but it was mostly brought up in around end of 2018 when thorsen started beef with a couple people in the scene. he was ultimately called out by 17 different fans about this, and they went to footage due to the angle the judges were sitting at they didnt notice. i only know this because peponi brought up the fact in a video that was later taken down in around 3 hours because he felt its not right to bash someone who is about to drop an album. also because peponi has alway been about spreading positivity so alot happened behind the scenes. this was labled as a honest childish mistake and thorsen was banned from battling. because in 2019 he was almost picked up by a wild card but was instantly rejected.
