Les habitants des villages frontaliers s’opposent à l’accord entre l’Arménie et l’Azerbaïdjan

Depuis le 19 avril dernier, certaines routes du Tavush, dans le nord-est de l'Arménie, sont bloquées. Les habitants des villages de Kirants, Baghanis et Voskepar se sont postés sur des tronçons de route reliant leurs communautés aux villes d'Ijevan et de Noyemberian. L'Arménie a accepté de restituer à l'Azerbaïdjan les quatre villages frontaliers abandonnés qu'elle contrôle depuis le début des années 1990, comme première étape dans la définition de la frontière entre les deux nations du Caucase du Sud.
